Conducting Information System Audit and process walkthrough for testing of efficiency and effectiveness of controls and presenting the same to Audit committee.


Project Finance related experience

Experience of working on Due Diligence project from client side w.r.t Private Equity investment, which involved in conducting various ratio analytics, trend and projections working.
Experience of working on Project Financing assignments of Nationalised Banks ranging from 5 million to 500 million, which involved preparation of CMA data and financials reconstruction / restructuring.

Working as proposal co-ordinator of firm for all audit and assurance pitch done by the firm for the Pune region and cross selling product.
Leading Pune Operations of the firm and involved in setting up of Pune office of the firm.
